The Spray Mixture is a Syrup,I also used that to moisten the CAKE.. ex of mixture 300grams of water、100grams of sugar.. put in a sauce boil until sugar disolve.. Thats it…. Every part of your cake put a syrup. that his mistake he didnt put Syrup.. if you dont have spray you can used brush to moiste the sponge cake. Hope this whill help..
